We are currently scheduling just one party per night in either the Cabana Room or the Tiki Room.

Matt Ross Community Center’s party rooms have direct access to the pool area, and are the perfect place to celebrate your child’s special day.
The cabana party room and tiki party room have two 8-foot-long tables with attached seating, a refrigerator with freezer, and counter with a sink.

Party Package
Party packages are $225 and include:
- Admission for 25 attendees, including adults.
- 1.5 hours of access to the indoor pool for your entire party.
- One hour of access to the cabana or tiki room.
- Locker room access.
- Cart to transport party items in and out of the building.
Party hosts can purchase additional guests for $10 per person. Parties may be 30 people, maximum, including adults.
What to Bring
Guests may bring:
- Refreshments, including ice cream and cake.
- Party decorations, including balloons, table decorations, party hats, and favors.
- Locks for use in the locker room.
- Towels for each person who plans to swim.
Streamers, banners, and confetti are not allowed in the party rooms or pool area.
Matt Ross Community Center does not provide towels or locks for lockers.
Party Schedules
Guests will have one and a half hours in the pool followed by one hour in the party room. After the party room time has expired, the group must exit the party room and proceed upstairs.

Party Room Rules
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time and report to the front desk.
All members of the party should arrive at the same time. A wristband will be provided for up to 25 guests, which includes any adults staying for the party. If you have more than 25 people, you will be charged the $10 daily fee for each additional person; however, the capacity of the room is 30 people. A staff member will escort your party attendees to the locker rooms.
If there is a late arrival, the person who rented the party must leave the name of the late arrival at the front desk so a wristband will be left for that person. Upon arrival a staff member will escort them to the party.
The tiki and cabana rooms may only be rented as birthday party packages between Friday evening and Sunday night.
The party room must be vacated at the end of the party. All items must be removed at the required rental time.
