The $250 Train Garden Birthday Party Package includes:
- Admission for up to 30 guests
- 2.5 hours of exclusive use of the Leatherwood Depot
- Spacious seating with six, 6-foot tables with benches for refreshments and gifts

- Trains run throughout the event for endless fun
Additional Options:
- Extra T-Shirts: $15 each
- Extra Admission Tickets: $3 per child and $7 per adult
- Party Favors: $6 per guest, per Gift Shop item, priced $10 or less
- Educational Activity: $50 for an expert to lead your party group through an educational activity for one hour
- Entertainment Activity: $50 for a party expert to provide entertainment for your group for one hour

Availability
You can rent Leatherwood Depot for parties between April 1 and October 31, seven days a week at the following times:
- 9-11:30 a.m.
- 12:30-3 p.m.
- 4-6:30 p.m. (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Guest Guidelines
Food + Decorations
Guests may bring prepared food, ice and beverages. Grilling is not permitted, and electrical access is limited.
Renters are responsible for party setup and cleanup, removing all personal items by the end of the rental period. For decorating purposes, please use wall putty as an alternative to hardware that creates holes in surfaces.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- Nails, screws or any other hardware that creates holes in surfaces for decorating purposes (Wall putty is recommended as an alternative.)
- Glitter, confetti or similar decorative materials
- Open flames
- Smoke cannons, balloon releases and comparable activities
Please refer to the rental contract for a complete list of prohibited items and regulations.
Weather Considerations
The space is outdoors. While the Depot provides shelter from rain, it is not safe for use during severe weather or lightning. Please review the cancellation policy for guidance on severe weather.
We recommend planning ahead and monitoring weather conditions that may affect your rental.
