The Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is a lovely place for an outdoor wedding, corporate gathering or a family picnic.
Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance. Please review the City’s refund policy before reserving any space.

Wedding Inquiry Form
Wedding rental fees include admission for as many guests as the capacity of the area reserved, and:
- Use of the Environmental Education and Visitors Center conference room for dressing.
- Use of the Environmental Education and Visitors Center sunroom as a gathering space.
- A volunteer liaison to assist with the event.
Photo permits are not required for weddings during the rental time.
