On August 13, 2019 Overland Park held a public lecture at the Overland Park Convention Center on increasing housing choices through small scale development.
This lecture and discussion of small scale development are part of a larger effort by the City of Overland Park to conduct a preliminary review of its policies that support different housing products.
To accomplish this, the City has engaged with Incremental Development Alliance to conduct a technical review of the feasibility of small real estate development projects.
