A very important piece of mail may be in your mailbox.
The City is sending out the Citywide Survey this spring to a sampling of Overland Park residents.
The survey measures the community’s satisfaction with the services and programs the City provides.
Elected officials and City staff use the survey’s results to determine strategies for providing the best possible services and to establish funding priorities for City services, programs and events.
For example, feedback from the last survey reflected a need to prioritize the maintenance of City streets and better manage congestion and traffic flow.
The City increased its investment in streets and traffic management systems by more than $17 million in the last year.
ETC Institute, a local research company, fields the survey to a sampling of Overland Park’s 204,000 residents.
The Citywide Survey drives some of the most important decisions the City makes, so please fill out the survey in print or online if it arrives at your home this spring.
