Join the Overland Park Police Department for a fun, spooky and safe Halloween event! Spend the afternoon trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk, collecting candy and meeting your police officers. Sign up online to participate to decorate your trunk, tailgate or hatchback and provide candy to trick-or-treaters.
