Description
This class promises gentle flows featuring both familiar and lesser-known yoga poses while our adorable goats roam freely, offering unexpected moments of joy and connection. We will bring attention and intention to spinal and hip alignment, the use of breath and incorporate techniques to seek mindfulness & peace. You'll leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and utterly charmed. Each class will include 45 minutes of physical movement and 15 minutes for photos with our baby goats.
Class Size: 35 participants max. There must be a minimum of 10 people registered to hold the class.
