Disposing of old decking, fencing, lumber, railroad ties and other construction and demolition debris can be difficult. We can take some of those items off your hands.
Staff will check identification to confirm residency. Containing materials in boxes, buckets, etc. expedites unloading. Some materials will be recycled and keeping items separated helps with this sorting process.
Residents are limited to one visit and no more than a truck and medium trailer amount of waste. Staff will be available to assist with unloading, but residents should be prepared to unload their material at the event.
Commercial waste will not be accepted at this event.
We’re looking for volunteers to help these events run smoothly!

Before starting your next renovation, consider salvaging materials that are still in great shape! Habitat for Humanity’s Deconstruction Program partners with homeowners and contractors to carefully remove kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, doors and other reusable materials before renovations begin. This free service helps keep quality items out of landfills while giving them a second life in Habitat ReStores, where proceeds support affordable housing efforts.
