The City of Overland Park implemented an electronic accounts payable solution to pay its suppliers through Paymode-X to ensure secure, efficient and timely delivery of your payments.

If you currently receive payment via ACH, and want to continue this payment method, you will need to sign up with Paymode-X, or your payment method will default to paper check.

To enroll, authorized users will need a valid email address and your company’s U.S. tax ID number. Begin the enrollment process below.

Memberships

Paymode-X is a digital disbursement option (ACH or Virtual Card) where members exchange payments and remittance information electronically. Paymode-X offers three different memberships:

Basic/Standard is free to vendors and offers the following features and benefits:

Paymode-X Premium or Virtual Card

Paymode-X Premium requires a network use fee and offers the following features and benefits:

Are there any fees associated with Paymode-X?

Paymode-X Basic is free to vendors.

Paymode-X Premium or Virtual Card requires a network use fee assess to suppliers for each transaction received through the network. The network use fee is a Paymode-X cost, not a City of Overland Park fee. All questions related to the network fee should be directed to the Paymode-X Enrollment Team at 866-252-7366 or enrollment@paymode-x.com.

What do I do if I'm not receiving payment notification emails?

All Paymode-X payment notifications and reminders are sent from memberservices@paymode-x.com. If you are not receiving these notifications, please check your spam/junk folders and filters.
