Whether it’s upper body or lower body day, you’ll find the right equipment in Matt Ross Community Center’s weight area.
There are free weights, benches, weight machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more to help you tone up.
There is always a treadmill, elliptical machine, exercise bike, or rowing machine available to help get your heart pumping.
Unsure which one will work best for you? Ask for a free equipment orientation at any time.
The two lane track circles the fitness floor and overlooks the gymnasium.
One lane is for walking, one is for running. Signs around the track indicate with direction to move for the day.
Ten laps around this track equal a mile of distance.
