Description

This class combines gentle yoga with the playful presence of our adorable goats. We will introduce easy yoga flow sequences while putting an emphasis on quieting a busy mind with mindfulness techniques. And the best part? You'll get to spend time with our adorable goats! It's the perfect way to relax, connect with nature, and have some fun. Class Size: 35 participants max. There must be a minimum of 10 people registered to hold the class. Certified Yoga Instructor: Meredith Thompson Registration opens May 1.
