Eastbound and westbound 119th Street under U.S. 69 will fully close to traffic from 7 p.m. Nov. 22 to 10 a.m. Nov. 23 and from 5 p.m. Nov. 24 to 6 a.m. Nov. 25 for bridge work. Ramps will remain open for right-turn movements.
The Kansas Department of Transportation’s project will build a new express toll lane in each direction adjacent to the existing general-purpose lanes to increase safety and improve congestion in the area. Additional work is also taking place at U.S. 69 and the 167th Street interchange as part of the project.
