Begin your adventure at LongHouse Visitor Center. Visitors can take in stunning views of gardens and ponds from LongHouse free of charge. Before you enter the gardens, purchase admission in the gift shop, or skip the line and purchase your tickets before you arrive.
Regardless of the time of year, experience a subtle blending of soft colors and shapes at gardens across the Arboretum.
Climb, build, discover and learn with us in this open area designed just for imaginative children.
Learn about the flora and fauna of our region! From self-guided learning to painting classes and nature walks, the Arboretum strives to serve all visitors.
Explore several different ecosystems and landscapes you won’t see anywhere else in Overland Park.
There is structural art for all tastes, spread throughout the Arboretum.
Stop in to learn more about everything the Arboretum has to offer, then grab some shade and a snack.
Grab a bite to eat at Café Celeste and discover unique treasures in the Gift Shop.
Café Celeste’s menu features freshly brewed coffee, delicious salads and sandwiches and a selection of baked goods. You can visit the café year-round, making it the perfect place to meet and connect with friends.
Stop by the Gift Shop for a curated selection of exceptional finds that reflect the spirit of the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.
Guided tours of the Arboretum are available for $10 per person, plus admission. Please book your tour at least three weeks in advance. Tours must be paid in full before your arrival. Admission may be purchased on-site.
Walking tours are available seven days a week. Groups may not exceed 30 guests.
All tours start and end at the admission kiosk, located near the parking lot and main entrance of the Arboretum.
