Three of Overland Park’s outdoor pools close for the season on August 8:
- Bluejacket Pool, 10101 Bond St.
- Stonegate Pool, 9701 Antioch Rd.
- Young’s Pool, 8421 W. 77th St.
Tomahawk Ridge Aquatic Center is temporarily closed for cleaning and is scheduled to reopen on August 9. Upon reopening, Tomahawk Ridge Aquatic Center will operate Monday-Friday from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 12-7 p.m. through September 4.
Pool memberships purchased for the 2023 season provide guests access to all outdoor City pools. Swimmers, divers and loungers who typically visit Bluejacket, Stonegate or Young’s Pool are welcome to continue using their pool memberships at Tomahawk Ridge Aquatic Center between August 9 and September 4.
Looking to make a splash after September 4? While the indoor pools at Matt Ross Community Center are currently closed for routine maintenance, the pools will reopen August 9 and remain open year-round.
