In order to view Overview online, Flash Player 7 or higher is needed. You may download the latest version of Flash Player for free online.
Directions
Once you've clicked on the Overview cover photo, you will be taken to this screen:
You are given several options in the "Quick Start" Menu
You also can use the Inside this Issue button, located in the top left corner, to jump between sections of the newsletter (see screen shot below)
Additional headings to the right of the "Inside this Issue" button correspond to sections of the newsletter. You can click the heading name (ex. News Links) to get a pull down list of where you can find more information on that topic on the city's Web site.
You can exit any time by clicking 
in the lower left hand corner.
Previous/archived editions are available under the pull down at the top that says "View previous issues."
