Download a copy of an Overland Park Police Department crash report. You’ll need a first name, last name, and case number.
Request a copy of a police report through the City’s online form. Submit your request to access eligible records under the Kansas Open Records Act.
Use this form only if you are a defendant or the attorney of a defendant and wish to obtain police reports or other materials related to your pending case.
Law enforcement and government agencies requesting police records can fax requests to 913-327-5715 or email the OPPD Police Records Unit at oppdrecordsrequests@opkansas.org.
You cannot report these types of incidents online.

If the incident is not an emergency, call 913-895-6300 or visit one of the two police stations to make a report. Upon arrival, pick up the phone in the lobby (available 24/7).
