Tails will be waggin’ at the Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead Saturday, May 10.

The Farmstead is teaming up with Animal Haven for “Pet Pals,” a day of free fun in the sun with activities for the whole family.

Activities, including dog safety, Frisbee dogs, police dogs and agility and herding demonstrations, start at 11 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. at the Farmstead, 138th and Switzer.

Participants are encouraged to bring towels and paper towels to donate to Animal Haven.

Please leave your pets at home; however, if you’re looking to adopt a pet, this is your chance. Animal Haven will have animals for adoption.

In addition, several local animal businesses and organizations will have booths set up throughout the Farmstead.
