Special Animal Permits

Any person who desires to own, keep, or harbor more than two dogs or more than two cats may apply to the City Clerk for a "special animal permit."

The fee for a permit is $100 for the first year and $50 for each renewal year.

The permit shall be issued for the individual animals listed in the application and shall not be transferable to other animals.
