| Aqua Aerobics |

|
Take barbell exercises traditionally done in a weight room, add motivating music, an instructor to cue and spot your workout, and your strength training program will go to a new level! Effective and fun. |
| Bodyshaper |
|
A muscle conditioning and sculpting class. Tone and strengthen your body using free weights, resistance tubing, body bars and more. It’s like personal training in a group setting. |
| Bootcamp |
|
Cardio + conditioning in a sports camp format. Challenging but gets the job done! |
| Bosu Cardio & Sculpt |
|
Use a Bosu Balance Trainer for cardio and then combine it with dumbbells to condition your core, as well as all your other muscles – at the same time. Exercises traditionally done on the floor challenge your entire body when done on the Bosu. |
| Bosu Sculpt |
|
Use a Bosu Balance Trainer with and without dumbbells to condition your core, as well as all your other muscles – at the same time. Exercises traditionally done on the floor challenge your entire body when done on the Bosu. |
| Cycle |
|
A cardiovascular endurance class done on a stationery bike that requires no impact, relaxes the mind, requires no special skills, and burns lots and lots of calories! Fun interaction between instructor and participants. |
| Cardio Dance - Lite or with Step |

Enjoy the blend of dance-y choreography and aerobics. High/low aerobics and some step is taught. It’s so much fun you’ll forget you’re exercising! |
| Dancing Sneakers |
|
Class incorporates choreographed dance movement in a workout style format. A variety of dance styles are taught using a variety of music, including swing and country. A toning segment follows the cardio portion. |
| Joints in Motion |
|
This class focuses on creating stability, increasing range of motion, enhancing flexibility to assist you in getting through life more comfortably. An ideal class for those beginning in a water program and will benefit those who have arthritis, fibromyalgia, back/knee pain or are pregnant. Water walking in Lazy River current may be included. |
| Low Impact Aerobics |
|
Class incorporates low impact movements in a workout style format. A variety of movement styles are taught using a broad range of music. A toning segment follows the cardio portion. |
| Pilates Mat |
|
Pilates-style muscle conditioning exercises done on a mat. Precise movements emphasize stabilization and strengthening of the back and abdominal muscles. Pilates can help you develop long, strong muscles, a flat stomach, strong back and improved posture. Appropriate for all fitness levels. |
| Strengthen and Stretch |
|
Gentle exercises to strengthen your muscles, increase your range of motion, and improve your flexibility. Class is designed to improve the enjoyment of everyday activities, and exercises may be done standing or seated. |
| Step Aerobics |
|
Intermediate to advanced step combinations followed by abdominal exercises and stretching. |
| Tai Chi |
|
Gentle movements for improving Balance and increasing Circulation. Follow along with the instructor to learn a routine of movements from the original Tai Chi created in China over 400 years ago. Increase the range of motion and strengthen your body along with slowing the nervous system down to help lower blood pressure and reduce stress levels. |
| Yoga & Chair Yoga |

Experience the merging of torso strength, flexibility and relaxation. Learn how to deal with the stress of modern life. Props provided, including mats, straps and blocks. Some classes use a chair for more support. |
| Zumba & Zumba Lite |
|
A mixture of sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps, Zumba combines high energy and motivational music with unique dance moves that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and the workout is fun and easy to do. Zumba is great for the body, and also great for the mind. |
