Council president's green space tournament

The annual Council President's Green Space Golf Tournament will be:

7:30 a.m. - Registration, breakfast

The format is an 18-Hole, four person team scramble with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. On-course contests include hole-in-one and putting.

There will be a buffet lunch and awards ceremony following the tournament (approximately 1 p.m.).

The tournament costs $150 per person. Breakfast, Lunch, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are provided.*

Advanced registration is required.

Proceeds benefit the Arts and Recreation Foundation of Overland Park, who is organizing and presenting the event.

The Arts and Rec Foundation, which oversees the Friends of the Arboretum, Friends of the Farmstead and Friends of the OP Arts organizations, will use the money to continue its support of public art and to expand the Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead and the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.

Sponsorships are available for $750 to $10,000.
