This not-for-profit corporation was created to oversee the design, construction, operating and financing of the city's Convention Center Hotel.

Meetings are usually held on the second Monday of the month at 6:45 p.m. in Conference Room No. 1 of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive. The public is welcome.
